A bleed is where the background images go off the button about 1/4 inch, in order to keep all text and images inside the button, and also leave an extra 1/4" outside the area. This will bleed off and be flipped under the mylar cover.

Ordered several of these as a promotional item when they were on a featured sale. The print job was not bad for the size. One arrived broken; the ring had come off. www.kaz.website did replace it. It makes me wonder how solid the rest are. These are not accurate; among 3 compasses I had roughly 26 degrees difference. They are cute as a novelty item or a kids' toy (although maybe not at full price). They'll give you a general direction, but for anything requiring precise directions, buy a real compass.
