I have bought many things from them through the yrs and have been highly impressed. I actually thought this purse was going to be smaller then it was I was soo surprised. It will be interesting to see how much stuff I can fit in it when I go on my trip in the next month. I am also impressed with how fast I got the package coming from China I got it less then 2 wks. The results are wonderful. I must be sure to give very good quality pictures for future orders. although this product came out great, the details are so good one can see my photo shop changes! well made product Love the idea of customizing Cost is very reasonable if you can get discount on postage wish I could get one quicker. The strap is very adjustable so that it is impossible not to be able to adjust it to the length that you desire. The zippers are sturdy. The pockets are plentiful and in all of the right places. I love the longer design so it doesn't feel as bulky as other bags that are holding the same amount of stuff. The picture quality was not as fantastic as many of my other products, but I did not use the best of pictures either. That is my only tiny complaint.
